Getting started

The e-book version of CPC is distributed in ePub format, protected with Adobe DRM. This means that you can read it on your computer, tablet, mobile phone or any e-book reader device that is Adobe Content Server compliant. In order to open the e-book on your device, you will need an Adobe ID and e-book app reader that supports Adobe DRM. An Adobe ID is a free user account that lets you read DRM-protected eBooks. The Adobe DRM (Digital Rights Management) is a technology that prevents the unauthorized copying or redistribution of e-books to protect the rights of authors and publishers.

For reading on mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads and also for Windows PC, we recommend Bluefire Reader as e-book reader app. It is free, easy to use, and provides good tools for highlighting and note-taking.
For Macintosh and Android phones and tablets we recommend Adobe Digital Editions.

The e-book available to download is updated on 1 February 2020. We recommend using the e-book resource in parallel with the paper, if your search tool is the latter.

If you aren't familiar with e-books usage, please follow the step-by-step tutorial below.
